If your new harp or accessory is defective or damaged in shipment, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost to you.

How to Return

  1. Contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent), including all accessories and paperwork.

  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.

  4. Ship the package using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
